Learn to Play - Women's Ball Hockey Program Refund Policy.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

With regards to a refund, the following will come in play. 
 
1.) Did the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program remove/revoke your participation for unjust causes?
 
2.) Did the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program fold or cancel the season?
 
2.) If a refund is warranted, it would be based on our refund policy which is on par with other organizations/associations.

LEARN TO PLAY PARTICIPANT REFUND POLICY (Refers to player registrations for participation in the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program) 
 

To receive a refund of any portion of registration fees, you must give the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program written notice (via -email:This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)  that you intend to withdraw from the program in which you have registered.

If you cancel in writing before the program starts, you will be refunded your registration fees minus the follow: 
 
• An administration fee of 10% of the total registration fees due. 
 
• *Expenses incurred and paid for. 
 

If you cancel in writing from the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program after the program starts - no refund.
 

In case of hardship cases (injuries~, etc.), you will be refunded your registration fees minus the follow: 
 
• The Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program organizers shall consider a refund credit towards a future program to any participant who cannot participate for the remainder of the program due to injury/medical condition (a medical physician’s note is required) that would make it difficult to participate in theLearn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program. Proper documentation would be required for either situation. A pro-rated credit refund minus fees incurred and paid for would apply.
• The Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program organizers shall consider a refund to any participant who cannot participate for the remainder of the program due to change of address in which the distance would make it difficult to participate in the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program. Proper documentation would be required for said situation. A pro-rated refund minus fees incurred and paid for would apply.

If your membership within the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program has been revoked and you are removed from further participation within the program (pending on circumstances of removal) the Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program has the right to deny any refund.

  • Insurance Fees
     
    • Sponsor Product Fees 
     
    • Hockey Ball Fees 
     
    • Floor Rental Fees
     
    • Administration Fees

Please note: any refunds pertaining to members registered are/is the matter of that member and the onus shall be on such. The Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program will only deal with such members when concerning potential refunds. All registration fees would be refunded in it's entire if Learn to Play - Women's ball Hockey Program fails to obtain enough membership to commence with the program.
