TEAM REFUND POLICY (Refers to team registrations for participation in the league)
To receive a refund of any portion of registration fees, you must give the GameOn Sports written notice (via -email: gameonsportsnl@hotmail.com) your team intends to withdraw from the league in which they have registered.
If your team cancels in writing before the season starts, you will be refunded your team's registration fees minus the follow:
• Non-refundable deposit of $200.00
• An administration fee of 10% of the total registration fees due.
• *Expenses incurred and paid for.
If your team cancels in writing from the 4 On 4 League after the season starts - no refund.
In case of hardship cases (injuries, etc.) that deplete a team with no chance of replacing such players, you will be refunded your team's registration fees minus the follow:
• Non-refundable deposit of $200.00
• An administration fee of 10% of the total registration fees due.
• *Expenses incurred and paid for.
If your team’s membership within the league has been revoked and your team removed from further participation within the league (pending on circumstances of removal) the league has the right to deny any refund.
*NEW* If league is suspended or cancelled due to COVID-19.
The league will resume play once permission has been granted by Newfoundland and Labrador Ball Hockey Association, Canadian Ball Hockey Association, Sport NL and by the Department of Health and Community Services. No refunds would be issued.
